PTTOC Privacy Policy

Constellation X PTTOC respects and protects the personal privacy of all service users.

Constellation X PTTOC will be used primarily as your emergency communication tool, which can be used by most businesses and individuals for fast, efficient, and secure transaction management.
In order to provide you with a more accurate and personalized service, Constellation X PTTOC ("PTTOC", "we" or "our") will use and disclose your personal information as set out in this Privacy Policy. However, Constellation X PTTOC will treat such information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, Constellation X PTTOC will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior permission. Constellation X PTTOC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When you agree to the Constellation X PTTOC Service Usage Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire contents of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Constellation X PTTOC Service Usage Agreement.

The information we collect

Constellation X PTTOC must receive or collect certain information to operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support and market our Services, including when you install, access or use our Services.


The type of information we receive and collect depends on how you use our services. We require certain information to provide our services, without which we will not be able to provide our services to you.


Our services have optional features that, if you use them, require us to collect additional
information in order to provide such features. You will receive notice of such collection as appropriate. If you choose not to provide the information required to use a feature, you will not be able to use that feature. For example, if you do not allow us to collect your location data from your device, you will not be able to share your location with your contacts, initiate SOS to tell you your location in case of an emergency, etc. You can manage permissions from the Settings menu on your Android device.

The information you provide

Media files and text information. When you send a media file (voice, picture, video) or text message in a message, we will temporarily store the media on our servers to help more effectively send other users or groups you specify, and also facilitate better viewing and more efficient communication by managers.

Information collected automatically

Usage and log information. We collect information about your activities on our services, such as service-related information, diagnostic information and performance information. This includes information about your activities (including how you use our Services, your service Settings, how you use our Services to interact with others (including when you interact with businesses) and the timing, frequency and duration of your activities and interactions), log files, as well as diagnostics, crashes, website and performance logs and reports. This also includes information about when you started using our services; The features you use, such as our messages, calls, status, groups (including group names, group pictures, group descriptions), profile photos; Whether you are online or not, the last time you used our services (the last time you were online), etc.

Device and connection information. When you install, access or use our Services, we collect device - and connection-specific information. This includes information such as hardware model, operating system information, battery level, signal strength, application version, browser information, mobile network, connection information (including phone number, mobile carrier or ISP), language and time zone, IP address, device operation, and identifiers.
 

Location information. When you choose to use location-related features, such as when you decide to share your location with your contacts or view nearby locations or locations shared with you by others, we collect and use precise location information from your device with your permission. And when you use the SOS emergency call feature, we also collect and use precise location information from your device with your permission so that your contacts and business managers can better handle such emergencies. We also use your location information for diagnostic and troubleshooting purposes.


Cookies. We use cookies to operate and provide our services, including to provide web-based
services, to improve your experience, to understand how our Services are used, and to customize the services. For example, we use cookies to provide our services for web and desktop and other web-based services. We may also use cookies to understand which of our Help Center articles are most popular and to show you relevant content related to our services. In addition, we may use cookies to remember your choices (such as your language preferences) in order to provide a more secure experience or to customize our services for you.

How do we use information

We use the information we have (at your choice and under applicable law) to operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support and market our services.

Secure communication makes transaction processing more secure and efficient.

Information

Registration data and login data. Your account number, alias, login
password, user profile picture, IP address, account identifier, mobile number, region, language.

Set up your account and facilitate your login;
- Facilitate communication between PTTOC and PTTOC users;
- Convenient for you to use PTTOC function;
- Enforce our terms, conditions and policies;
- Real-time voice and video calls using PTTOC;
- Communicate with you to inform you of changes to PTTOC;
- Provide you with personalized user support;
Develop new and improve existing services and tools we use to detect account violations and improve account security and quality;
- Provide language and location customization;
- Facilitate better communication between you and the enterprise (administrator);
- To protect any rights, property or safety of us or other users of PTTOC; Manage PTTOC and use it for troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, security, fraud detection, account management and investigation purposes.

Shared information - personal data. Any information you include in your publicly visible PTTOC profile, including your PTTOC ID,  name, and photo.

- Allow your profile data to be shared with other PTTOC and PTTOC users;
- Allow you to log in or otherwise connect to third-party services using your PTTOC ID;
- Convenient for you to use PTTOC function;
- Provide you with personalized user support;
- Provide language and location customization;
Develop new service and application experiences and improve existing service and application experiences;
- Maintenance and PTTOC platform business and account management;
- For troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, security, fraud detection and account management.

Sharing information - archival media. This includes all information you provide to other users or information about you provided by other PTTOC and PTTOC users, including instant messaging chat and location sharing.

- Allow your profile media to be shared with other PTTOC and PTTOC users;
- Provide location customization; Develop new service and application experiences and improve existing service and application experiences;
- Maintain and manage the PTTOC platform;
- For troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, security, fraud detection and account management;
- Develop and improve the tools we use to detect account breaches and improve the security and quality of PTTOC accounts.

Chat

Provide our communication services.

Data. Communication between you and other users or groups of users.
We do not keep chat data permanently on our servers, It will only be delivered to your intended recipient via our server. Chat data is stored only on your device and the device of the user to whom you send communications, unless your recipient copies, pastes and saves any of your communications elsewhere.

- Voice and video chat messages for instant voice communication between you and other PTTOC users or groups;
- Text media Instant Messaging chat messages, which are used for text or voice, picture, or video file communication between you and other PTTOC users or groups.

Contact list. Contact list on your device and PTTOC group chat list.

- Connect you with other PTTOC and PTTOC users;
- (with your group chat list) develop and improve the tools we use to detect account violations and improve the security and quality of our wechat accounts;
- Convenient for you to use PTTOC function.

Collect information automatically. See above for defining usage and log information, device and connection information, etc.

- For troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, security, fraud detection
and account management.

Location data. See Location information in Automatically Collected Information above.
Please note that your use of location-based services is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of third party service providers that support location-based services for such services.

- Facilitate your use of location-based services such as:
• When you decide to share your location with your contacts or view nearby locations or locations shared with you by others, we collect and use precise location information from your device with your permission;
• When you use the SOS emergency call function, we also collect and use precise location information from your device with your permission so that your contacts and business managers can better deal with such emergencies;
• Facilitate the enterprise to manage members and account management;
• We also use your location information for diagnostic and troubleshooting purposes;
- For security, fraud detection and account management;
- Language and location customization.

Third-party SDKs use this instruction

- In order to facilitate your use of PTTOC functions and provide you with a better experience, our APP uses some services provided by third-party SDKs, such as:


• After you have consented to use Location services, we will access Amap Location and Map's SDK to enable you to share your location with other friends and users and to display other users' location information on your device. The Privacy policy can be viewed by visiting the following link: https://lbs.amap.com/pages/privacy/


• After you agree to use Location Services, we will access the Google Maps SDK so that you can better display your location and that of other users you specify on your device (when other users have given permission to view the
location);


•We use Google Firebase Crashlytics SDK to collect and report crash information for troubleshooting, performance monitoring, stability improvements, and application quality enhancement. When the application crashes or experiences errors, Crashlytics automatically collects the following information:

– Crash traces and stack traces
– Device information (model, manufacturer, operating system version)
– Timestamp of the crash
– Application state at the time of the crash (version, build number, foreground/background status)
–Device orientation and available RAM/disk space
– Custom keys and logs (if implemented)
– Installation UUID (anonymized identifier)
This information is transmitted securely to Google's servers and is used solely to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues to improve application stability and user experience. Crashlytics does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or user content.

- These embedded third party services may collect personal information about
your end users and these third party services are operated by the respective third party.
- The collection and processing of information by the above service providers is consistent with their own privacy terms and does not apply to this Policy. In order
to protect your legitimate rights and interests, if you find that these SDKs or other similar applications are risky, we recommend that you immediately terminate relevant operations and contact us in a timely manner.

Read and write external storage
permissions

- User avatar setting and storage;
- For you to share pictures, videos and audio files with other PTTOC users;
- Convenient download and storage of files when the APP is
updated;
- For the storage of personal account profile and other temporary files;
- Intercom voice and call record storage, if necessary, can be used as evidence of disputes;
- Store records of your operations with your permission, apply operating status records, save as logs for troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, security, fraud detection and account management, etc.

Photo permission

- Account scanning login, you can scan the QR code given by the background administrator for quick account acquisition and login;

- Avatar Settings, easy for users to change personal personalized avatar;
- Take pictures and videos, share your pictures and video files with other PTTOC users;

Album permissions

- Avatar Settings, easy for users to change personal personalized avatar;
- Share pictures and video files from your album with other PTTOC users;

Location permission

- Facilitate your use of location-based services such as:

• When you decide to share your location with your contacts or view nearby locations or locations shared with you by others, we collect and use precise location information from your device with your permission;
• When you use the SOS emergency call function, we also collect and use precise location information from your device with your permission so that your contacts and business managers can better deal with such emergencies;
• Facilitate the enterprise to manage members and account
management;
• We also use your location information for diagnostic and
troubleshooting purposes;
- For security, fraud detection and account management;
- Language and location customization.

Microphone permission

- Facilitate real-time voice communication with other PTTOC users;
- Use microphones to record video calls or voice calls to facilitate real-time information communication and transmission;
- Can be recorded locally and then send the complete voice share to your designated PTTOC user or group;

Permission to send text messages and make calls

- When using the SOS feature, it may be necessary to send text messages and make phone calls to other users to inform contacts of an emergency.

The above permissions will only be opened when the user explicitly allows the use of the application, and the application will not be used or shared with other people or enterprises in other circumstances.
PTTOC will disclose your personal information, in whole or in part, in accordance with your personal wishes or as required by law in the following cases:


1. Disclose to third parties with your prior consent;


2. In order to provide the products and services you request, you must share your personal information with third parties;


3. Disclosure to third parties or administrative or judicial bodies in accordance with relevant provisions of the law or requirements of administrative or judicial bodies;


4. If you violate relevant Chinese laws and regulations or PTTOC service agreement or relevant rules, you need to disclose to a third party;


5. If you are an intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, you should disclose it to the respondent at the request of the Respondent so that both parties can deal with possible disputes over rights;


6. In the transaction created on the PTTOC Platform, if any party to the transaction performs or partially performs its transaction obligations and requires information disclosure, PTTOC has the right to decide to provide the user with contact information and other necessary information to the other party for the purpose of facilitating the completion of the transaction or resolving the dispute;


7. Such other disclosures as PTTOC deems appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations or Website policies.

Information you share with us

You share your information when you use and communicate through our Services, and we share your information to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support and market our services.


– Send your information to the person you choose to communicate with. You share your information (including messages, location information, etc.) when you use and communicate through our Services.


– Information related to your account. Your phone number, profile name and account avatar, messages viewed and message receipts are available to anyone who uses our Services, although you may configure your service Settings to manage certain information available to other users, including businesses, with whom you communicate.


– Your contacts and others. Users (including businesses) with whom you communicate may store or forward your information (including your phone number or messages) with others inside and outside our services. You can contact your business management from the administrative back office to control who you communicate with on our services and certain information you share.


– Third party services. When you or others use third-party services or other company products that are integrated with our services, these third-party services may receive information about what you or others share with them. For example, if you use the Location precision location function, you will use Autonavi Location or Map SDK, they will obtain and collect your location information with your permission; For example, we will collect your device information, APP usage information, software usage status, etc. with your permission and report it to Bugly SDK. When necessary (APP crash, abnormal program function, etc.), we will analyze, optimize and solve program problems or improve user experience to provide users with better services.

Account creation and use

 – Provide personal registration information as required by Constellation X PTTOC when registering for a PTTOC account;


– Personal data of users created and obtained by Constellation X PTTOC from business partners through lawful means;


– Constellation X PTTOC will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your Personal Information to any unrelated third party, unless you have obtained your prior permission, or such third party and PTTOC (including Constellation X PTTOC affiliates) individually or jointly provide services to you, and after the service is completed, Will be barred from accessing all previously accessible materials;


– Constellation X PTTOC also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your Personal Information in any way. If any Constellation X PTTOC Platform user engages in the above activities, Constellation X PTTOC has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with such user upon discovery;


– For the purposes of serving users, Constellation X PTTOC may use your personal information to provide you with information of interest to you, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with Constellation X PTTOC partners so that they can provide you with information to send information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

Manage And Retain Your Information

We store information for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy, including providing our services or other legitimate purposes, such as complying with legal obligations, enforcing and preventing violations of our terms, or protecting or defending our rights, property, and users. The storage period is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on factors such as the nature of the information, the reasons for collecting and processing the information, the relevant legal or operational retention requirements, and legal obligations.

 

If you want to further manage, change, restrict or delete your information, you can do so through the following tools:


– Change your profile name, login password and profile picture. You can modify your profile picture at any time in "Settings" - "User" - "Avatar", and you can also change your profile name, login password and other information at any time in "Settings" - "User" - "Private Function".


– Delete your PTTOC account. You can contact your business administrator to delete your PTTOC account.

Information Security Specification

– Constellation X PTTOC account has security protection function, please keep your user name and password properly. Constellation X PTTOC will use encrypted user passwords and other security measures to ensure that your information is not lost, abused, and tampered with. Despite the above security measures, please note that there is no such thing as "perfect security measures" for information networks;


– Under the conditions stipulated in the user Service agreement and relevant national laws and regulations, you may voluntarily cancel or delete the user account;


– When the user decides not to use any of the services provided by Constellation X PTTOC, the user may, under the guidance of the user, unregister or delete the Settings in the Account Services;


– Constellation X PTTOC will delete the information in the account in a timely manner after the user cancellations the account or delete or anonymize the information in accordance with the Service agreement;


– After the account is closed, the information in the account will not be recovered. Constellation X PTTOC will not be responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused by this.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

(a) If you decide to make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes in this Policy, on our website, and where we deem appropriate, so that you understand how we collect and use your personal information, who has access to it, and under what circumstances we will disclose it;


(b) Constellation X Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time,
please check from time to time. If there is any major change to this policy, Constellation X Technology Co., Ltd. will notify through the website notice.
