From Signed to Operational

Deployment.

A phased rollout built on a weekly cadence. Operational command view in weeks, not years.

Deployment Philosophy

Most vendor rollouts measure in quarters. Ours measure in weeks.

Because ORION reads from the platforms you already own, there's no database to migrate, no officer re-training program, no second login for command staff. Integration is API-first. The agent team ships at deployment and refines continuously against your live environment from day one. The slow part isn't the platform — it's the scoping conversation up front, which is how it should be.

The Rollout

Five phases to operational command view.

Phase 01

Weeks 1–2

Scoping & Architecture

We come on-site. Your command staff, your CIO, your real-time crime center leads — we map the full platform inventory, the data flows, the operational priorities. We leave with a deployment plan specific to your agency. Nothing generic.

Phase 02

Weeks 2–4

Environment Provisioning

Your isolated tenant is provisioned inside AWS GovCloud. Encryption keys, role-based access controls, and audit logging are configured against your agency's policies. Your security team signs off before any data connects.

Phase 03

Weeks 4–6

Integration Connect

CAD, RMS, body cam metadata, LPR feeds, radio channels, surveillance feeds — connected in parallel. API-native where possible, secure bridges where the source requires one. Data begins flowing into the agent layer as each integration lights up.

Phase 04

Weeks 6–8

Command View Online

The five starter agents are live against your data environment. Your real-time crime center, dispatch floor, and investigative staff are trained on the command view. Adoption is measured by what agents surface, not dashboards reviewed.

Phase 05

Ongoing — Monthly cadence

Agent Refinement & Build

Every month: scoping session, custom agent build, ship to command view. The starter agents sharpen against your team's confirmed outcomes. The platform compounds in capability from the day it's deployed.

Agency Responsibilities

What your team brings to the table.

Deployment goes fast because the work is shared. A few things we'll need from your agency:

Ongoing Partnership

The monthly cadence.

Week 1

Priority Scoping

Your operations leads sit with our engineering team. We map the next agent — the pattern it watches, the data it reasons over, the command view surface it lives on.

Weeks 2–3

Build & Validate

Our engineers build against your live data environment and validate against your recent operational history. You see test runs; you approve thresholds.

Week 4

Ship & Refine

The new agent goes live. Your team adopts it; refinement telemetry flows back to our engineers. Next month's scoping session is already on the calendar.

"The ceiling extends every month you're with us. This is the part most vendors don't offer."

Ready to Deploy

Start the scoping conversation.

30 minutes. No slide decks until you tell us what problems you're trying to solve.
